Author Information
Presenting Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified in December 2023 as to the date and time of his/her presentation. Changes to the schedule may occur between the initial notification and the conference. If assigned dates or times change, authors will be notified.
The technical program is not a platform for commercial (sales) presentations. We respectfully request that you keep your presentation technical and informative. Restricting commercialism ultimately benefits both the presenters and the AeroMat audience.
Accepted abstracts will be available on the event website within the technical program details as well as provided to attendees electronically prior to arrival at the conference.
Authors will have 30 minutes for the presentation, inclusive of a 5-minute question and answer session from the audience. Meeting rooms are equipped with a computer (with USB capability), podium microphone, lav microphone, projection screen and data projector. For electronic presentations, we recommend that you maintain 0.75″ (19mm) margins on each slide and use a minimum 24-point font. Black or dark text on a white or light background is also recommended for best visual clarity.
NOTE: AeroMat does not produce a proceedings, which means you do not have to submit a manuscript or a PowerPoint Presentation for publication. Please bring your PowerPoint presentation with you to the conference to upload prior to your presentation.
